Issue with certain transparent gifs: when an icon is loaded that has a transparency, it may not obey the function of placing another icon on TOP of it.

Randomly place (and Select Terrain then use delete key) rock and tree icons at various densities
Randomly place numbered R,G,B and black dots for the number of players with 3 units each using the Upload All Locations list of places (coordinates e.g. 0101, 0117 etc.) and using the Draw 3 Locations per Player button.
Drawing rivers/roads note: make tiny increments when clicking to create road/river nodes until you get used to the behaior; it is best to not click too far away from the previous click especially to make a curve. To accept a road/river press the escape key.
Moving hills: After clicking the Select a Hill Shape button from the Hills menu, click a hill in the map to highlight it and move it where desired, then right-mouse click to accept the hill and click a blank region on the map to accept; the selection tool remains active until the button in the menu is clicked again.
Scenario Doc: when a scenario URL link has been provided the indication that a file exists will be a checkmark in the Open Scenario Doc file dropdown selection.
Blank scenario document located here; fill out in Word desktop app, get Shared link to place. The scenario doc attached to a json file will have links to the OOBs and cards etc.
